Hi, I'm Stacy, the Creator of the Silver Derby. Still a little hard to believe I created this for I've never even been on a horse much less attend a horse race nor do I gamble! Wait. It gets better. AND at the time absolutely clueless about the industry for which the Derby was created.

We really are known as the rival to BINGO and what we are is an intense thrill of the win horse race themed event that from start to finish lasts one hour. Five race total, seniors bet coin on which horse they think will win. End of each race winner declared and whoever bet on that horse, wins purse of what everyone bet. Only one problem. There's a trap. In the middle of the track. Where horses get stuck and when crowd goes wild. A certain action has to be taken to get the horse out and headed to the finish for a win. Pretty intense. A lot of fun. And loud. You'll make so many friends and you too will be saying what all owners do. Every single one of their groups arrives early to get the front row seat 

 

​​Loved by seniors at all levels, repeat monthly one hour performances with rates from $100 up for that one hour. Two one hour shows a day at minimum $100 is $1,000 wk for 10 hours. (Dallas/SA both charge $125/show).

We are pleased to announce we are now "Leasing" the equipment monthly, making it more affordable to own your own start up as apposed to the franchise rate. 

 

We need your help getting this to seniors everywhere by making it more affordable to "lease" then "franchise". Our lease rate is $350/month plus security deposit for equipment and is a contractual agreement a year at a time. This is very real and becomes your own business with everything provided. And, fun too. The Derby makes that big of a difference and is a perfect match for 55+ or semi-retired. Even more potential if you're an energetic entrepreneur for you can also have tracks under you! I had 9 under me for 10 years before I stepped away to expand nationally. ​​​​
